3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online Payment

4. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, our team will contact you via phone or message to confirm the order. Orders may be canceled if we are unable to verify your details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 working days (inside Bangladesh)
  • Delivery charges may apply depending on location

Tickzo Time is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Delivery charge is non-refundable

We do not accept returns for used or damaged products (unless it is our fault).

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
