1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer
  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery
  • The product is not in its original condition or packaging

3. Exchange Process

If your product meets the return conditions:

  1. Contact us via Facebook page or phone within 3 days
  2. Provide your order details and issue (with photo/video proof if possible)
  3. Our team will review and approve your request
  4. Once approved, we will arrange the exchange process

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund is applicable only if the product is out of stock for exchange
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval
  • Refund method will be discussed with the customer (bKash / Bank / Mobile Banking)

5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, customers may need to bear delivery costs unless it is our mistake

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, please check the product in front of the delivery person (if allowed). Once accepted, claims may be limited.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
